For the purposes of confirming payment for the use of Kontur.Talk software, we:

receive payment data from the payment gateway Payments LLC (registered address: Russian Federation, 101000, Moscow, internal territory of the Basmanny municipal district, Myasnitskaya St., 24/7, building 3, office 1/1, personal data processing policy https://payture.com/en/privacy);

transfer payment data to the copyright holder of the Kontur.Talk software, PF SKB Kontur JSC (registered address: Russian Federation, 620144, Sverdlovsk region, Yekaterinburg, Narodnoy Voli St., 19A, personal data processing policy https://kontur.ru/about/policy/en)/.

The specified entities act as independent operators.

For the purposes of operating now-we-talk.com, we process personal data with involvement of the following processors:
  • Tilda Publishing Ltd., Pembroke House, 28-32 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 NT28, which provides the operator with the platform for the now-we-talk.com website.
  • Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA – as part of the use of Google Analytics software on the now-we-talk.com website.
By visiting the now-we-talk.com website and paying for the right to use Kontur.Talk software, you consent to the receipt, transfer, and assignment of processing of your personal data.
